Reasons for fuzzing on the edge of color box die-cutting paper and the choice of sponge glue

first of all, paper. We usually use high-quality primary paper. Due to the long fiber, it generally has less fuzzing and dust than re papermaking. Therefore, the original paper is not easy to fuzz and dust. However, at this stage, most manufacturers need metal impact testing machines. so how to choose high-quality materials to solve the problem? First of all, high-quality die-cutting knives should be selected. On the general high-grade die-cutting blade, we can observe with a magnifying glass that there are still many pores and defects, that is, it is not very slippery. This is one of the reasons for paper dust. In particular, the die-cutting knife with straight line treatment is very sharp on the surface, but in fact, there are many defects, and the chance of dust is the greatest. At present, there is an Austrian Bohler supreme supreme knife on the market, which uses a special metal coating to fill and smooth pores and defects like wall swabbing, which greatly reduces the production of paper dust and is more suitable for papermaking. The friction between the knife and the paper edge is reduced, that is, the wear of the machine is reduced, and the durability of the knife itself is stronger. another reason for the fuzzing of color box die cutting is that the matching and installation of die cutting and sponge rubber strip are not standard. Because the sponge glue should have enough hardness to compress the paper, the direct method of rock shearing instrument is similar to that of metal solid method, so that the die-cutting knife can cut the paper smoothly. Sponge glue with different hardness is applied to different papers, and the location and height are also very exquisite. The standard installation and material selection are as follows:

selection of hardness of rebound sponge glue:

1. If the distance between die-cutting knives is 8mm, the sponge glue should be 60 hardness

2. If the distance between the die-cutting knives is 8 mm after being pulled out, the sponge glue should be 25 (pit paper) or 35 (card paper) hardness

3. If the distance between the die-cutting knife and the line is 10mm, the hardness of arch sponge glue should be 70; If 10mm, the hardness of sponge rubber is 35

4. The punching position of the die-cutting knife uses an arch rubber hard bottom of 70 shore, which is used to protect the connection point from being broken

there are the following kinds of commonly used sponge glue:

35 breathable sponge glue: compression rate is 35%, die cutting times are 1000000 times, and the speed is 9000 times/hour, which is used for paper jam

20 sealing arch sponge glue: the compression ratio is 50%, the number of die cutting is 250000 times, and the speed is 7500 times/hour. It is used for corrugated paper

it is suggested that 60 solid adhesive strips: for narrow positions, such as the position with a distance of 8mm between the die-cutting knives

70 arch rubber strip: used for the punching position of the die-cutting knife and the position where the distance between the knife and the line is 10mm

installation method of rebound sponge glue:

the sponge condition should be at least 1mm away from both sides of the die-cutting knife body, and cannot be installed close to the body. Otherwise, the sponge glue strip cannot expand in the direction of the knife body after being pressed, but only in the other direction, which will cause the paper to be pulled on both sides. Before the die-cutting knife has time to cut the paper, it has been pulled off by the sponge glue all year round, which will produce fuzzing and paper dust. In addition, the sponge glue should be about 1.2mm higher than the blade, and it should be adjusted appropriately according to different hardness. If the hardness is more than 35 shore, it should be less than 1.2mm; if the hardness is less than 35 shore, it should be more than 1.2mm. In principle, the softer the sponge glue, the higher the height. The correct height of sponge glue can make the wood sample making faster

on the whole wooden formwork, the quantity, hardness and height of sponge glue should be evenly distributed in all positions, and sponge glue should also be arranged on both sides of the balance knife
